We stopped in to check out the Telluride and was greeted by Mike Grzanka, whom we purchased a vehicle from at another dealership a few years ago. Needless to say this was the 2nd vehicle we bought from Mike by Mike Grzanka, whom we purchased a vehicle from at another dealership a few years ago. Needless to say this was the 2nd vehicle we bought from Mike. He knows the product well, and worked with us and management to deliver a deal that we were comfortable with. I purchased a used 2018 Kia Soul. My wife was with me.This occurred this past March. We love the car. The problem was we signed up for an extended warranty. Make sure you understand that if you change me.This occurred this past March. We love the car. The problem was we signed up for an extended warranty. Make sure you understand that if you change your mind and want to cancel the warranty it must be done within 30 days. We did not Realize that until it was too late and we only got a partial refund of the warranty for the car and tire extended warranty . Before you leave the dealership, make sure you review and have all the paperwork for both the tire and car warranties.Also make sure you get a car history report before you sign anything. Review all paperwork carefully and read them thoroughly. Remember you only have 30 days to cancel the extended warranties and get all your money back. We waited too long And only received a partial refund. Again I must emphasize I love the car but be careful of anything you sign . You can always think things over and ask a lot of questions . More
