I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle when I went to Jeffrey Kia. I started out with Mike who turned me over to Matt. Both of them are nice gentlemen. Matt Cowan made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions regarding the purchase of my vehicle. Now I am the proud owner of a Kia Sportage thanks to Matt. Never did he pressure me into making a purchase but made the process so easy. He is knowlegeable, helpful, and his customer service skills are excellent. He goes above and behind to make sure his customers are well taken of from the beginning to the end. More

I've never bought a car by myself before and Mike G. was wonderful. The finance guy was great, too. The only problem was Secretary of State took forever to get the plate provided.
