Had my car towed to dealership from firestone across-town,( Firestone recommended me to take to dealership ), car is having driveability problems,rough engine and stalling. I had my car towed once again,but this time paying out-of-pocket at a tune of $144.45,to a muffler shop. They troubleshot my situaton and found i did not need to replace cats and recommended to take to Kia dealership?!$ More

I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. I needed to bring it in early because I had things to do with family. Our experience with both the KIA brand and Jeffrey Honda, Nissan, Kia, etc. has been so satisfactory that we have recommended this dealership to our daughter. She has very recently purchased a KIA subcompact and tells us that she is thrilled with the car and had a very pleasant experience during the sales process. She had previously stopped at a competitor's place (Hamilton Chevrolet) and was virtually ignored by the sales staff. More
