It amazes me that the service I received on Jan,11, 2013 was so different from the service I received on Dec.19, 2012. I know not everything can be fixed quickly, but in December it took 2 1/2 days before m was so different from the service I received on Dec.19, 2012. I know not everything can be fixed quickly, but in December it took 2 1/2 days before my car was finished. The most maddening thing was that the service department didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me the car wasn't finished. I drove to the dealership twice only to be told that it was not ready. My appointment was for 8AM Wednesday morning and I was told the job would take all day. Repairs were finally finished Friday at noon. I question the competency of the technician who could not give a more accurate estimation of the amount of time needed and I fault the manager for not informing me of the additional time needed to complete the job. All I ask is an honest appraisal of the problem and the time needed or at least an explanation for the delay. More

My Fiancé took my Kia Soul! in to have my passenger side fog light replaced. We called to set up an appointment and to get a price check and Ken was very helpful and professional over the phone. Parts had to be ordered for the repair and the dealership was supposed to call when the parts came in. After 2 weeks I acalled and the parts were in with no word from the dealership.
