It amazes me that the service I received on Jan,11, 2013 was so different from the service I received on Dec.19, 2012. I know not everything can be fixed quickly, but in December it took 2 1/2 days before m was so different from the service I received on Dec.19, 2012. The most maddening thing was that the service department didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me the car wasn't finished. I drove to the dealership twice only to be told that it was not ready. My appointment was for 8AM Wednesday morning and I was told the job would take all day. Repairs were finally finished Friday at noon. I question the competency of the technician who could not give a more accurate estimation of the amount of time needed and I fault the manager for not informing me of the additional time needed to complete the job. All I ask is an honest appraisal of the problem and the time needed or at least an explanation for the delay. More
