The staff is very friendly and efficient. They were able to get me right in even without an appointment and tell me what was wrong with my car. Sean Prude was the original sales person when I purchased my car and he was absolutely wonderful. I brought my car in for the first oil change and Sean was there to greet me and ensure that everything was h my car and he was absolutely wonderful. Sean is the best....I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You just don't get any better. He even called me on my birthday to wish me a Happy Birthday, gave me his personal cell phone number, which he gives to all of his clients and is always there if needed. More

Car makes a scrapping noise when backing out of garage. This noise stops when I take my foot off the brake. I brought my car in on Monday. I was told the noise was because a rear hatch was not attached cor This noise stops when I take my foot off the brake. I brought my car in on Monday. I was told the noise was because a rear hatch was not attached correctly. Tuesday morning backing out the garage the noise is still there and still stops when I release the brake. So problem was not fixed. I did not receive a text video as I have in the past. Second service on monday replacing cabin air filter was done. I am happy with this part of the repair. More
