Very friendly and helpful! Only issue was the interior car wash was not completed. Cleaning bottle was left in rear seat and was still dirty and water was left all over the car Only issue was the interior car wash was not completed. It's absolutely amateur hour at James Woods service these days. They took far longer than quoted for an oil change and then neglected to tell me when my truck was done.
