The repair for water leak was misdiagnosed. The water was not coming from the AC system. It rained last night and there was water on the passenger floor mat again. This is the same thing that was happening before I bought it in 3 weeks ago. I suspect the drain on the right lower corner of the front windshield is plugged and needs to be cleaned out. It cost me $500 for the incorrect repair. I would like the correct repair to be performed at no additional cost to me. I called twice and left voice messages. Also texted. So far no replies 3 hours later. Additionally regarding my May service. I was quoted $1200 but when I picked the car up it was over $1500 with no explanation as to why I was charged $300 more. More
Jarrett Abel was very professional. Mechanic dropped the ball. One of items to fix was low tire pressure indicator. Mechanic said didnt fix because wasnt working when brought in -DA! Car tag on front of vehicle was bent outwards after wash. When I paid my bill the girl had to yell at one of several guys leaning against the wall to please get my vehicle. My family has bought 4 new vehicles over the past 14 years from James Wood. Might be looking to go elsewhere for next purchase. More
