I have driven ONLY Buicks and Cadillacs since 1985 until I bought this Malibu — great cars. I’m going to Huffines now and already have my appointment. I’ll drive to Lawrence Hall in Abilene — or anywhere else — before I’ll go back to that James Wood place. No, thanks. The lack of proper social distancing alone is cause enough, but the appointment system for a recall is a HUGE disappointment.
