The staff was professional,friendly, and really wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and the way I was treated at the dealership. My few trips to the service department have been very positive as well. They are very accomodating and try to make it as convenient as possible when my car needs service. The repair bills have been reasonable, and I am confident in the Service Mangers assessment of the work that needed to be done and why. Ed worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I requested, but alas, it was not to be found. I live in Mass, approximately 6 hours from Peter Koch's dealership. I found the van I was looking for there and spoke to Jason Leone (sales person) many times on the phone about it. I sent a relative to check it out and take it for a test drive. Once I received positive feedback, I called Jason to do the deal over the phone. He overnighted all the documents to me, I signed them and overnighted them back. 2 days later I drove to NY to pick up the van and found it to be exactly as described by Jason over the phone. He told me the truth about all the imperfections that he found (minor scratches and the like) and I couldn't find anything else wrong with the vehicle. I was very impressed that I was not lied to about anything on the vehicle. I would highly recomend Peter Koch Chrysler and specifically Jason Leone as a sales person. It would have been very easy for Jason to lie to me being that I was 6 hours away, so it was refreshing to find the vehicle exactly as described. More

Melissa and Bobby were nothing short of amazing in helping me purchase my Chevy Malibu. I had gone with the intention of buying a Chrysler 300 but Fred helped me to carefully think through my driving needs. Living in a very rural area with a mile long driveway is not for a 300.
