I keep going back because it's the people there who make the difference in the car buying experience. From the owner to the salespeople, the service people, and the office people, I have found them always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am a happy and satisfied customer. The service department has handled the few problems I have had over the years quickly, professionally and to my total satisfaction. My cars are regularly serviced there because I know I can trust them. The salespeople are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have worked hard to put together deals I was comfortable with, they have answered my questions honestly and have not been pushy or overly aggressive. My experience at Peter Koch Chrysler Dodge Jeep was very pleasant as well as professional. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile and a firm hand-shake. The dealership itself was not very extravagant, but yet I felt very comfortable as if almost at home. My sales person, Ted Manslank, seemed to give me his undivided attention and never made feel like I was just in the dealership to look around, even though I really never told him that I wanted to seriously purchase a vehicle that day. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Not once did I feel pressured or uneasy. I was offered a soda and even offered to have pizza with him as we continued to discuss the possibility of me purchasing a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a used 2007 Jeep Liberty. Since then I have returned to have my Jeep serviced and am still welcomed by the associates and Ted with a warm and thankful feeling. They somehow seem to remember my name and treat me as part of their family. When having my vehicle serviced once, the service manager allowed me the coupon discount even though I forgot the coupon. I took the coupon the following day and was just glad that he trusted me. He was very polite and also very professional. In the future, when I decide to purchase another vehicle or trade my 2007 Jeep in I know I will re-visit Peter Koch. More
