Excellent Service I was at the dealership with my Mother, who test drove a few cars, I had a chance to walk around the dealership and actually look around. I found a really nice looking 2011 Ford Escape that had only 17K miles. I was planning on going to a smaller dealership but when my Mom, changed her mind on getting a different vehicle, the salesman looked at me. After about 10 minutes, John and Josh ensured that I would be in the vehicle of my choice by the time they closed for the day! I test drove the Escape, John worked really hard to get a decent monthly payment for me. They even allowed me to drive the Escape home because I told them that I had to go to work the next day, they said that if I drove it to work, and found that I didn't like the car that I could find something different. Needless to say that I choose to stay with the Escape, which has been great to me. I get my regular oil change and yearly inspection through the dealership. Even though they are quite busy on some days - they always greet everyone with a smile and a hello! Thanks to Josh and John for assisting me with my used vehicle purchase - I look forward in working with you again for my next car!!! More

Excellent Service I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SEL from Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram last year. After a year of driving my AC failed & several months later my I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SEL from Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram last year. After a year of driving my AC failed & several months later my power steering failed. I called and spoke with Steve from service and he was extremely helpful letting me know that I had full coverage with my insurance if I was under 75,000 miles . They supplied me with a FREE rental car for 2 weeks while my car was at the FORD dealership getting fixed . He also let me know that I could get reimbursed for the AC cost that I spent. FORD did reimburse me 50% of the cost and I was very happy about that . They also fixed $2000 for the power steering . With out the help of Steve I would have spent a lot of unnecessary money. I can not thank them enough for the excellent care & would recommend them highly ! More

John once he found out my interest in the Jeep Cherokee commenced to share it's features and seemed to be knowledgeable and informed about the Cherokee. I especially pleased with this as the last salesperson I saw at another dealer knew nothing about the Jeep Cherokee and it's feature unless it was read off the window sticker. Thanks John for knowing the product! The test drive was a good one and the John contined to share his knowledge of the Cherokee and answered all of our questions and took the time to be sure we were satified with our test drive and maintained his focus on our needs. One of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I went to finger lakes Chrysler dodge jeep looking for a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee.I walked into the dealership and the first person I saw was David Bo I went to finger lakes Chrysler dodge jeep looking for a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee.I walked into the dealership and the first person I saw was David Bogart. He was very patient and helpful with any questions that I had. We took a test drive of a few Cherokees. I was amazed at how advanced they are. There is so much to learn about a vehicle these days but david was very thorough in explaining to me what where and how things worked inside the jeep. John and James also worked very hard getting me a deal that I wanted, as well as finding a vehicle for me.I did however end up buying one they had and so far iam very happy with it...upon delivery david spent about an hour with me showing me every little bell and whistle on the jeep grand Cherokee overland...it's a great vehicle. Signing the paperwork was a breeze I might add...usually you spend hours doing that at certain dealerships. Fingerlakes Chrysler had all my paperwork prepared for me and I wasn't signing a million pieces of paper. I would and will definitely buy my next grand Cherokee or Viper (just kidding!) from fingerlakes Chrysler dodge jeep, it was an awesome experience and I felt good while I was there and left with a great feeling after I pulled out of the parking lot.
