First, I will say these guys have good deals on their vehicles. Very good pricing in their used market compared to similar vehicle sales in Florida. My issue unfortunately came from maybe a lack of details to the used car inspection they supposedly go through before selling used cars. I purchased a Tesla from them and within 48 hours of ownership I had an Error coming up stating that I needed to get my vehicle serviced. I understand things happen, but when I took it into Tesla they stated this error message came up multiple times before I took ownership and was simply overlooked by the service department of the dealership. This issue was under warranty, but after 48 hours of ownership, the car sat in the Tesla shop for 5+ days. When I went back to the sales crew and management, all they said was sorry, but its under warranty so that is good......ehhh, not really a response I was looking at getting. Some sort of compensation or something for my troubles would have meant more to me than "sorry". At this point, it is what it is and I just needed to vent a little. Just look at it from my shoes, sitting without a brand "new-to-me" vehicle for days simply because the service department didn't do enough in the back end to resolve the issues before selling it, would really upset anyone. You live and learn. More
