From the original phone call it was one of the best purchase experience we've ever had. Everyone was happy and aiming to please. Now lets talk about Harmony, what an attitude with a smile another keep purchase experience we've ever had. Everyone was happy and aiming to please. Now lets talk about Harmony, what an attitude with a smile another keeper. We found Jaxon a real treat to deal with, another person with a great attitude with a business sense that it takes to close the deal. Finally, the business manager ( sorry don't know his name) he did what it took to say, let's make the work. A special thanks from happy customers Richard and Susan Otis More

I flew from Virginia Beach, Virginia to this dealership to purchase a 2018 Range Rover Sport Supercharged after spending an entire day negotiating remotely with their sales team. Before I booked my flight, to purchase a 2018 Range Rover Sport Supercharged after spending an entire day negotiating remotely with their sales team. Before I booked my flight, I provided my Capital One pre-approval at 10% APR with my reference number and specifically asked that it be reviewed by their finance team before I traveled. None of that was done. I landed in Tampa and walked into the dealership only to find out that the GSM, Ben, and the finance manager, Carlos, had absolutely no idea I was coming. No one had reviewed my financing. No one had prepared a single thing. This is after their sales team went back and forth with management all day during negotiations. How does an out-of-state customer fly 900 miles and your leadership team doesn't even know he's coming? The vehicle itself was another disappointment. I had requested the black trim be wet sanded and polished before my arrival — it wasn't done. The driver's side headlight was broken from the inside, something never disclosed during the multiple FaceTime calls and videos I was sent beforehand. When I raised concerns about the condition of the vehicle, one of the sales managers assured me the car had been detailed. It had not. That same sales manager didn't even know what an orbital polisher was. If your management team can't identify basic detailing equipment, they have no business telling a customer a vehicle has been properly prepared. Before Carlos would even speak to me in finance, I was required to provide proof of insurance on the vehicle I hadn't even purchased yet. Not my current insurance — insurance on the car I was there to buy. I've purchased many vehicles and have never been asked to insure a car before the deal is even done. But I did it anyway because I wanted to move the process forward. After all that, Carlos processed my Capital One pre-approval and came back with 17% — nearly double my approved rate on an equivalent vehicle. No one could give me an explanation. Not Carlos, not Ben, nobody. I sat there all day waiting for answers that never came. When the deal fell apart around 3 PM, I asked for a ride to Hertz so I could rent a car and leave. I sat in their building for two more hours. Nobody arranged anything. Nobody cared. I finally gave up and Ubered myself out. I lost two days of work, paid for a flight, a rental car, an Uber, and got absolutely nothing in return except wasted time and a complete lack of professionalism from leadership. The young sales rep did what he could — this isn't on him. This is a management and finance team failure from top to bottom. If you're an out-of-state buyer considering this dealership, save your money and your time. They will waste both. More
