Fluid leak diagnosis Loaner vehicles don't have ice scrapers. This is needed in winter. I had to buy one at gas station. Make sure you know if you will be charged for a loaner car before you take one. I was charged for two days due to no fault of my own. Service was under staffed one week before Christmas. The $130 price charged for diagnosis is way too much. More

Wasn't told there was no extra key I wasn't told there was no extra key and I had no idea there is no auto headlights. I want to trade it back in. When going between 65 to 70 mph, the v I wasn't told there was no extra key and I had no idea there is no auto headlights. I want to trade it back in. When going between 65 to 70 mph, the vehicle's wheels woble. He said if I return on a Thursday only, he will have the service department look at it. I live 60 miles from the dealership so since I missed this past Thursday, Im not confident it'll get done and nobody from the dealership called to see if I was happy. I spent $13,700 and having trouble with keys, headlights, and wobling wheels. I have parked the vehicle so I can wait on the title so I can go trade it in somewhere. More

Labor was EXPENCIVE!!! The labor charge seems excessive. From my perspective I paid $715 to have my PVC valve replaced. Invoice claims PVC was blown out. Ernest K- Arrogant Service department! If you suggest I have my car towed to you because my check engine light is flashing I consider that an appointment for service. 2-1/2 days later my vehicle remains in have my car towed to you because my check engine light is flashing I consider that an appointment for service. 2-1/2 days later my vehicle remains in this so called Que to be checked! What they have an assembly line of vehicles rolling thru that department. No one has time to check the status of my vehicle! As of this writing I have no status of my vehicle. if they are so busy why not let customer decide if they want to leave their vehicle for 3 days in a Que! It is not like I can go get it and drive to another dealership.I am stuck! More
