Lack of communication I had two recalls on my truck. When I scheduled it in I was told they had everything in to complete the job. I had a 7am appointment, I had to call at I had two recalls on my truck. When I scheduled it in I was told they had everything in to complete the job. I had a 7am appointment, I had to call at 4:30 pm to ask about my truck . The only thing they could tell me is the paperwork was not turned in so the work was not completed. I left a message for the service manager that night . I did receive a call the next morning saying my work was completed but they did not have all the parts to complete both recalls. So now I have to bring my truck back . I’m in the service business so I understand that everyone has to be on the same page. When thing go wrong just keep your customers informed. More
