When I asked and brought the issue to his attention with out any hesitation he said " yeah it was He clam he did services my car wheel he did not . When I went to complain to the other sIde he still insisted that he did check and that he told me about the issue . Thank God when the checked that they confirmed that he was laying . Also, the print out he gave me also confirm that I was telling the Truth. I was so shocked how someone can lie like that and don't have any remorse . He did not even feel ashamed . He knew he was wrong and keep his head high and insulated me . More

A prompt phone call made me aware when I could pick up my car and they were able to make a last minute service request to change the battery on my key fob! Excellent all round. Accommodating but communication could be better My car was delivered from another auto shop because the issue was under GM warranty. The first couple of calls were frustrating because I explained my issue to one of the women (don’t remember name) who transferred me to Eric without letting me know and without telling Eric what the issue was. I had to re-explain the findings from the other mechanic and that they were going to drive the car over. Eric took down my information after I asked him why he wasn’t taking down my information. I called back a couple hours later to request a courtesy vehicle. I spoke with Randy who couldn’t find any information about my previous call. Randy was very kind and explained I needed to call back when my car was delivered. Once my car was delivered on 12/20. I spoke to Randy again about the courtesy vehicle (which there weren’t any at the moment) and he called me back a few hours later to let me that there was one. I hadn’t received any info about my car from Eric but Randy explained to my that they were at a holiday party. On Monday I received a voicemail confirming the issue that the first auto shop had diagnosed plus an additional piece that needed to be replaced and that Eric wasn’t going to charge me for labor but I just needed to pay for the part that wasn’t under warranty. I confirmed they could move forward. I hadn’t heard anything about the status of my car so I called on 12/26 which ended up being done and Eric needed to wrap up paperwork. Overall, I truly appreciated the flexibility of the team for taking my car on a holiday week and being able to provide a courtesy vehicle, I just wish I didn’t have to call so many times to get answers. More
