Joseph, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are continuously having with your truck. I checked your record and your truck has been here quite a bit for being a 2017 model. Your frustration is more than reasonable. When your new vehicle seems undependable being under a warranty helps but does not take away the fact that your vehicle is letting you down. With a truck as new as yours, I don't think anyone would expect to have to pay for so many diagnostic charges for quite some time. However, we do charge a diagnostic fee per concern and have our customers sign off on each charge before performing any work. Our mechanics are able to actually diagnose the concern rather than just looking at it and therefore that can guarantee the work performed, per concern.
