Jack Maxton became my point of contact when Saturns were no longer availably (I was leasing a Saturn Vue at the time). When my lease was just about up I went in to talk but came home with a beautiful Cruze no longer availably (I was leasing a Saturn Vue at the time). When my lease was just about up I went in to talk but came home with a beautiful Cruze instead, after driving the car for a week I had to call my Frank back because the car was just too unconfortable for me to drive (too small)at first I was told nothing could be done since my lease loan had closed but after hanging up Frank went and talked to his sales manager and it was suggested that I might exchange it for another car, in short I came back in that afternoon, my lease on the Cruze was canceled and I ended up buying a Malibu instead. Frank and Jack Maxton went the extra mile for me so that I could not only be comfortable driving my new car but assuring that I will be a return customer and will gladly recommend Jack Maxton and especially Frank to any of my family and friends. We have dealt with Jack Maxton for more than 20 years, and have never had a problem which could not be resolved by using good intentions on both sides. We have issues with General Motors over their design choices and extended warranty terms, but there are harly the fault of Maxton or of Frank Eliaspour. We bougut our last car from Frank a week ago, due to a GM recall, we've only had it for a day. Once we have more experience with the car, we'll post an update. More
