I found a Saturn Outlook online that I was really interested in. Jack Maxton Chevrolet is 3 hours from my home. I spoke with Mike Champer on the phone and decided to take the drive to Columbus. I went in looking for a Cruze not sure if I could get into a Malibu, but Frank showed me that I was able to afford expected. He did a very good job. Have bought a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2004 Honda Accord from Mike Figlestahler. Mike has been a terrific salesman. He really came through for me, while I have had no problems with the Silverado, I had a problem with the transmission in the Accord. After I got it home I noticed it slipping when upshifting, it was only once in a while. I called Mike and told him about it, he said bring it in and we'll have a look. Well, as usual, it would slip while we were driving it, so he took it to their transmission specialists, they could not recreate the problem, either. So, Mike and his service manager Fred, agreed to give me a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty, in case the transmission went on the "fritz". As luck would have it, the problem got worse over the next 11 months, so I called Mike and let him know about the increased problems with the transmission, it was not only slipping on the upshift, but also while downshifling now and sometimes would not go into any gear at all. Mike and his team honored their warranty and had a good used transmission installed and I am very happy to report I have had no problems, as my daughter drives this car most of the time and she hauls my 1 year old granddaughter around with her and I would hate to have them get stranded somewhere. Again, I want to say many thanks to Mike and his team, for coming through for me. I would not hesitate to return to see Mike when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle or recommend one of my friend to go see him. Thanks again Mike! More

If you want the classic dirty used car sales experience....this is your place. What I wanted them to do was show me a few different cars to help make my decision. Very nice car and for a 7 year old car it's practially new. Checked several other dealers in the area and this is by far the best deal for a very low mileage vehicle. I would like to say that this car buying experience was amazing. Kim Mihely was great and never tried to push you into buying anything.
