This new car purchase was the best one EVER. We do not like High Pressure Sales, and we were so happy that we did not get that from Jack Maxton's Dave Graff. He told us the TRUTH that GM's loan service w like High Pressure Sales, and we were so happy that we did not get that from Jack Maxton's Dave Graff. He told us the TRUTH that GM's loan service was not open on Sundays, (instead of letting us believe only the ones that came back on Sunday would be the best offer we'd get) and that he'd get any info from them on Monday so we could wait to see if they came back with a better interest rate than any of the Sunday open Banks did. Which they did and he called us as soon as he recieved that info on Monday. SAVED US 2% interest rate!!! He found the car we wanted...EXACTLY! Didn't try to push us at all. Let us have the time to be sure and had our choice ready when we came back the next week. No PRESSURE sales!!! I LOVE IT....don't ever change. Thanks Dave! Your the best! More

Went Jack Maxton with the intentions of looking at used cars,but with a excellant salesperson, John Mandich, I was able to end up buying a new Chevy Cruze. John worked hard to get me the best deal possible cars,but with a excellant salesperson, John Mandich, I was able to end up buying a new Chevy Cruze. The main thing about John is that he cares about YOU and doesn't try to put you into something that you may not be able to aford like some dealers I've had in the past. Wed needed a new car and was searching for a used low milage vehicle. The 2002 Impala we had was bought at Jack Maxton brand new. So we went back there and well we should have gone there first.
