I went into Jack Maxton with my wife and we were greated by Kim Miehly. He was such a nice olderly man which made us feel right at home. We then had him to look at our old truck while we were looking in the lot for something that I might purchase. We look at a few different trucks however, I like the Silverado 1500. We then went back into the shop and Kim had our truck done therefore he offered 6500 dollars which is about $2500 dollars more than three other places my wife tried to see what she would get out of my truck about a month ago. I looked at my wife when Kim told us the price he came up with then were had him go to the head sales person with some numbers. When he came back he told us the price which was $3500 down and about $412 a month payment. My wife said make it $3000 and she would write the check right now . Kim left for about 30 seconds returning saying we could do it. Then when working with Scott Collins he had the paper work done very quickly. He also explained to me about gap insurance therefore, I purchased this because I remember my older brothers' Truck was wreaked and the people fled which means he lost a lot of money since he did not have gap insurance. When I was going over the paper work Scott and I were talking about our families almost like we new each other for a long time.The paper work was completed so Kim went out to change my plates from my old truck to the new. He then informed me that the detailed people had left for the night which he said they would be in at nine the next day. I told him that was better since I had to get home eat and get the kids ready for Red, White and Boom. Before I left Kim filled my tank with gas and told me coffee would be ready in the morning. I then returned the next morning at 8:30 only to be greeted by Paul Schoo at the door and I said that I was early, he said don't worried about it that he already call someone from service to come get my truck and start detailing it. He then asked me to step into his office to go over some of the information about my truck. He showed my that as long as I had the Jack Maxton sticker on my truck I was entitled to free car washes. He also gave me a sheet telling the hours of all of the services that I may use.He then went over some accessories which I purchased. He gave serval prices so that I could budget my expenses. He was very personable and easy going and he called me back later in the day telling me he had contacted my lining company which will be contacting me for service after the 4th holiday. I am verty satified on this experience as you can see I had a very pleasent experience which makes me want to come back for service and eventually my next vehicle. More

Jack Maxton didn't have a car on the lot that matched what I wanted so Dan Fun and especially Dan Funk. I wanted a Camaro with very specific options.
