Kim was so helpful and courteous. In every aspect, from financing to questions we had about the car, Kim was very thorough and informative. We did not feel any pressure nor have any second guesses in the w financing to questions we had about the car, Kim was very thorough and informative. The one thing that really suprised me about Kim was when I stopped by the dealership the following day. Unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the past, Kim had the same friendly and engaging demeanor the day after as he did on the day of the purchase. That was very telling of his character. I was looking for a fuel economy car to replace my 2006 Pontiac G6. I told John which car I was looking at but I could not do it. My wife and I have been searching for a couple of weeks for a car that would be great on gas, look good and most importantly be economical. We narrowed our search to 3 different models of the Chevy Cruse for a car that would be great on gas, look good and most importantly be economical. We narrowed our search to 3 different models of the Chevy Cruse (Lt, 2LT, and the Eco). This was our third dealership in Central Ohio that we have visited and they had by far the best selection and the most choices. We were not only able to find 1 car that had what we were looking for, but we found all 3 at one dealership: Jack Maxton. The service was professional, non rushed, and we did not feel pressured to purchase that day. Our sales professional was Kim Mihely and he took great care of us. He answered all of our questions, was honest in his approach about the sale and worked with us to come out with an acceptable price. We purchased the 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco edition and it had everything we wanted: Automatic (rare to find on the Eco), power everything. We felt very comfortable during our test drive. This is our first purchase at Jack Maxton and we will be back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best selection in Central Ohio!! More
My experience with Jack Maxton Chevrolet was very positive. I was looking for a new truck, but was not sure which one would serve my needs. After doing a considerable anaylsis of the makes and models available, I decided on a Chevy truck. Rich Miles bent over backwards to help me consider all of the options available. Together we narrowed my seach to the model that would best suit me. Unfortunately, Rich experienced a family emergency that took him out of the office, but he made sure that I was placed in the competent hands of Pete Slabicky to finalize my deal. Pete and Rick worked together to make sure that I purchased the exact vehicle that I needed. This process took place over several weeks and there was absolutely "no" pressure from the sales staff or dealership to make the deal. They were professional in every aspect of our purchasing experience. I highly recommend Jack Maxton Chevrolet, and the sales persons mentioned above, if you want to have a favorable purchasing experience. More
I owned a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am and now own a 2006 Pontiac G6. Anytime I've had to take my car in for service, I've always thought about Jack Maxton. Each time I've taken it in, Clyde Woodson has be Pontiac G6. Anytime I've had to take my car in for service, I've always thought about Jack Maxton. Each time I've taken it in, Clyde Woodson has been the gentleman who has helped me. He is friendly, courteous, fast, and knowledgable.
