I bought my Chevy Cruze yesterday and I love it. It just zips along. Our experience ( my husband is my negotiator) was great! Especially our salesman - Jonathan Mandich. I made a call to the dealer and David Grinstead answered the phone. I told him I would be there in the afternoon. I did not make it and David called me to find out my intentions. David met me there and I later found out that he was off at that time but came in on his time to meet with me. He answered all questions in detail and even answered questions that were never asked. Very thorough. I made the purchase of a truck and Paul Schoo met with me and spoke with me about the accessories that were available for the truck that I purchased. He gave me a printout of the options and a printout of what is most commonly ordered and answered all questions thoroughly. More

I was a little intimidated about walking into a dealership but after reading some previous customer reviews online that mentioned Frank Eliaspour I decided to call. I was interested in an Equinox dealership but after reading some previous customer reviews online that mentioned Frank Eliaspour I decided to call. I was interested in an Equinox and Frank was very knowledgeable about the different models and options available. I decided to come in and take a test drive and see if they had a vehicle that I was interested in. After finding a vehicle and getting my credit approved I was still hesitant. Frank took the time to go over all of the options on the vehicle and explained what each of them did and how they worked. Frank was friendly, very helpful and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Once I decided to buy the vehicle Frank stayed and talked with me while I waited for the finance area to complete my paperwork even though it was an hour after they had closed. Frank made my first new car purchase an enjoyable one and I would highly recommend him. More

Michael has followed up and made sure we were happy with everything, without high pressure tactics. A HUGE positive for Michael, he sold to ME, and didn't just talk with my husband. It was my car! The people at the dealership were friendly and after a few minutes looking around, one or two salesman were out asking if I needed help. After a few days, I went back, only to find out that the car that I liked was sold, yet the dealership took the bull by the horns to find a car that had what I wanted. My salesman was Frank and when it came down to the cost of the car, he lied out the cost, so I could take it home for my dad to look at. Frank was very helpful and listened to the concerns I had with getting a car. He was knowledgable about the car and didn't pressure me into picking a car I didn't want. The whole dealership was great. Even in a time crunch that my father was in, they had managed to get him out in a timely manner. More
