When I left Jack Maxton after driving my new Cruze off the showroom floor, I made sure I thanked Kim for the best dealership experience I ever had. Kim has sold Chevrolets for over 40 years and he knows what he's talking about and does not pressure you. He pretty much said the cars sell themselves and that he's just there to help you through the process. Everyone else there that I dealt with (Scott Collins and Paul Schoo) were very professional and down to earth guys. They informed me of "options" that I could add to the car, but they never pressured me into buying anything...they simply informed me that the options were available to purchase if I wanted. Scott even caught a mistake on the paperwork that saved me a couple hundred dollars! I highly recommend stopping by the Worthington branch and dealing with these true professionals. They have free lifetime car washes and they also have a "quick lube" station that I can get a synthetic blend oil change for only 5 dollars more than I pay for a conventional oil change at Valvoline. If you leave this place disappointed, voice your opinion and I guarantee they will make it right. They really do want you to be happy with your purchase! More

Upon inquiring about non-recall issues, was advised that my auto still had the power train warranty and that the repair would be covered under that. Rob was able to give me an end of month deal matching another dealer. I got a car ('11 Chev Cruze) with the power package for the same price.
