This dealership is close to my home which made it convenient to shop there. The sales professional, Tim Birtcher, was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. MY spouse and I and are 2.6 yr old son needed another vehicle that fit the larger needs of our family and a Honda element 2004 SUV showed up a few weeks before we were going to look around at their lot t vehicle that fit the larger needs of our family and a Honda element 2004 SUV showed up a few weeks before we were going to look around at their lot to purchase a vehicle with our tax return that was going to arrive in aweek or 2. When we pulled into the new car lot we were instantly apporached by Frank who greeted us and helped us. We told him we wanted the Honda and he looked into it and got all of our necessary info, talked with the necessary management to get us the best deal. And Dave Frank was very kind and patient waiting for us to get info he needed over a weeks time. We were supposed to sign before we did and he did not express any frustration that he had to wait for me to sign the vehicle into my name. Frank gave us his dealer tag and let us keep the vehicle longer than the alloted 24 hrs so we could make sure we still wanted the vehicle by test driving it and finding out if we could get someone we trust to over look the vehicles insides to make sure it was in great condition. There was one minor problem with the vehicle when we had it at first, which was that it needed new rear differential fluid bc the car vibrated upon sharp turns. This is why i only rate the quality at 4 out of 5. It was not Frank or Daves fault but most likely an error by the the Chevy Mechanics who must have overlooked a detail only common of Hondas not found in Chevrolets. But when we told Frank we were not going to sign to purchase the car until it was fixed and relooked over, he said that his manager said we had to sign and buy it first for them to pay for the minor repairs. But on the day we arrived to sign he said that Doug changed his mind and was lenient and was going to fix it first to make sure we were we satisfied and would purchase a used vehicle without any needed repairs. Dave Frank also lowerd our originally agreed upon monthly payments and lessened the amount of months we would pay and therefore lower how much interest we would pay since my rate was high due to not as good credit. I also went to Lindsay Honda with Maxton's first total quote for us to inquire if they had an element cheaper and they did not and said that they use every bank out there and that my income was too low for them to give me the loan to buy any vehicle there. Jack Maxton has a bank that hass the lowest necessary customer monthly income i have heard of and Lindsay Honda confirmed it! Thank God for Jack Maxton who is able to approve lower income customers so that poorer people like us can have better vehicles for our families. : ) And there are a handful or two of mixed employees there who have faith in Christ and are honest and seem to be helping the atmosphere there be truthful so that no one is scammed out of money. More

After going to 4 other dealerships that would not work with us, Jack Maxton took the time to get us a better trade in on our old truck and work with us on the price of the new 2011 truck. Dave did an outstanding job in getting the 2012 Equinox V6/options that my wife and I wanted. We came in on a Mon and by Thur he had the car at the dealership. I went into Maxton Chevrolet simply because it was the closest dealership to my home. I'm so glad I went there. Dave Grinstead met me in the parking lot and I told him what I was looking for. I left that afternoon, but came back two days later to seal the deal on a Malibu. Scott Collins, in financing, took care of everything, well, financial. Paul Schoo went over all the customer service perks you get at Jack Maxton Chevrolet. A wonderful experience for me. It's intimidating for a single woman to go into a car dealership. He suggested to take the vehicle home with me so I could make my decision easier the next day and he made it clear that there wouldn't be any obligation for me to buy it if I decided not to keep it. I was glad that I did because I fell in love with the vehicle while cruising around the area. During the transaction in closing the deal, Frank was very detailed oriented and he made the process easier for us. He also helped us to set up the "On-Star" service and my "bluetooth" for my cellular phone. He also gave me a little orientation about all the features of the vehicle and it was easy to follow and understand. I would recommend him to my friends if they need a new vehicle in the future. More
