We went in to this dealership planning on looking around and comparing vehicles and prices with other places we have been. I can honestly say the entire Jack Maxton staff was the exact opposite of what we expected and what we experienced at most places. In particular, we worked with Richard Miles, and he did a great job of helping us out. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to make our time at the dealership as enjoyable as possible. He did a great job of letting us know the best deals and working with us to help us get the exact car we were looking for. In the end, a trip to compare turned into a new car and I can honestly say this would not have happened if not for Rich and Scott in finance who was also very helpful. Jack Maxton is where I will be doing my car shopping for as long as I'm in Central Ohio, and I would recommend them to anyone to do the same. Thank you! More
