I came in looking for a Chevy Cruze. Frank showed me and my neice around and asked if I had considered a Malibu. He worked up a great price. And gave me good advice on financing. I checked with my Financial Advisor and he said to jump at the deal. I am delighted with my new Malibu. I will highly recommend both Frank and Jack Maxton Chevrolet. Even though I live in another part of town, I will be getting my oil changes and any required maintenance at Jack Maxton. I have been getting all my service through Jack Maxton and have been new truck shopping for some time now. Every time I have been looking around Rich Miles has been there to patiently help me and give me and have been new truck shopping for some time now. What a great experience. As before Rich was great at taking his time while I picked what I wanted, once we made a decision the we started working the deal. It was a no frills no BS kind of discussion and they gave me all the rebates and discounts that we could find. After some friendly discussion I chose to purchase the truck. This is when I met Paul Shoo, I was looking for a Bedliner and a cover for the truck bed and Paul walked me through some options that I didn't even consider. I can't wait to get my accessories installed. After all was said and done and i was singing my paperwork I was amazed to see that Rich had pulled my old truck and my new truck right in front of the dealership so i could take my things out of my old truck and put them in my new truck. He had the new truck detailed and cleaned up and everything was ready to go. He took the time to move my plates over and getting everything ready for me to drive it off the lot with no Hassles. He took all the time needed to walk me through all the features on the truck and make sure I had everything I needed. What a great experience through he whole process.
