I have never had an experience quite like the experience I had at Jack Maxton Chevrolet. The day I went into the dealership it was very cold and windy. When I arrived on the lot, Rich Miles (our salesman) a I had at Jack Maxton Chevrolet. The day I went into the dealership it was very cold and windy. When I arrived on the lot, Rich Miles (our salesman) asked me what car we were looking for. I told him the Chevy Cruze. He immediately offered to look at the model that was on the salesroom floor, so we could go inside and be more comfortable while looking at the vehicle. Before I was able to form an opinion, Rich opened the doors and pointed out all the features that the car offered. Once I test drove the car, I fell in love. The sales process was so smooth and I feel I got a great deal! Once all the paperwork was done, I thought it was time to jump in and take off. But I hadn't experienced a purchase at Jack Maxton before. Rich sat down with me and went over all the features of the warrenty, where to bring the car in for service, how the service department ran, how to get free, yes free, car washes, and other options I could get from the dealership. Then he took me out to my new car and walked me through every option my car offered. He showed me how to adjust the settings on everything from my windows to my radio to how the sunroof works. He even went as far as to help me hook my cell phone to the car through the bluetooth. When he had gone over everything the car offered, he called OnStar so I could do my welcome call before I even left the lot. I would recommend Jack Maxtown Chevy and Rich Miles to anyone that is interested in purchasing a car. You will not only get treated with respect, you will have a car buying experience like none other. More
