On our 1st visit Don was with another customer so he had Reggie work with us to look at vehicles available, explain all the features, go with us on 2 test drives, and work up initial proposal of sale. My wife and I both agree that he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We told him we were also looking at Toyotas, as our last 4 vehicles were Toyotas and would get back with him later. Our 2nd visit was with Don, as Reggie was off. Don really, really listened to our questions and needs and worked with us to reach an agreeable trade-in and bottom line price. Just before finalizing the deal there was a snafu, as Don discovered that the 2014 Pathfinder SL vehicle that had been located to fit our needs, was actually a 2013 model. In comes John to the rescue.......as he found a 2014 model that had additional upgrades on it and agreed to get it for us at the price we had negotiated. Needless to say, we were very, very satisfied with our experience in dealing with Jack Ingram Nissan and would highly recommend them to others. Forgot to mention that Whitney Cadwell, your super TV ad spokesperson, was instrumental in getting us to come and see the redesigned Pathfinder, as it was a very, very nice vehicle that would meet our needs.
