The Jack Ingram Nissan dealership Service Department in Montgomery is fantastic. My wife and I were traveling from Texas and thought we had problems with our Murano's navigation package. You can imagine Montgomery is fantastic. My wife and I were traveling from Texas and thought we had problems with our Murano's navigation package. You can imagine how 'blind' we felt without a navigator while on travel (I left the paper map at home - we had a navigator, right?). We stopped into the dealership and they were so considerate because they knew we were 'on the road'. After the service manager talked to us, she wisely hooked us up with a salesman. Having the car only a very short time, we were using the navigation package incorrectly, e.g. operator error. Bottom line: they quickly diagnosed the problem (us), and sent us merrily on our way. We were there only about 20 minutes! Great job and kudos to the Jack Ingram Nissan Service Department! More

I purchased a vehicle from Jack Ingram on Friday, June 3rd, on the morning of Saturday, June 4th I realized I had made a huge mistake in my selection. purchased a vehicle from Jack Ingram on Friday, June 3rd, on the morning of Saturday, June 4th I realized I had made a huge mistake in my selection. I called Matt Carter and asked if, by chance, I could bring my original car back and get the 1st one I had test driven the previous day. He got with his manager and promptly called me back with a YES, I could bring it back and get the 2010 Altima I really wanted. I cannot tell you how happy Jack Ingram made me again. These people REALLY do care about their customers and want them happy. If you are looking for a nice, clean, friendly dealership who will move heaven and earth for them then look no further....go to Jack Ingram in Montgomery, AL. More

In early 2010 my old car was good but always something needed on it. It was not a Nissan. I looked at many cars and wound up at Jack Ingram Nissan. Everything went great; people, cars, prices, etc. i drov needed on it. It was not a Nissan. I looked at many cars and wound up at Jack Ingram Nissan. Everything went great; people, cars, prices, etc. i drove home a Nissan Versa SL. I went back to Nissan for servicing of that car and enjoyed it bunches. Early this year, I was in for service, in talking with every one, I called my wife and was picking at her about getting a new car; She and I agreed that we were 2 too 3 years away from another car. In looking around and talking to the people at Nissan, I spotted an Altima 2.5 that looked great. In the end; people were great, price was great, car was great, so I drop home a 2011 Altima 2.5. We are totally happy about it. The Ingram brothers and their sales people were great. Jennifer is great to deal with when we take our car over for servicing. My first (and assuredly last) experience with Jack Ingram Nissan began well enough. I was looking to get out of a lease with a little less than a year remaining on it and was primarily interested in the Niss Nissan began well enough. My initial contact with the JI salesman was pleasant enough, however after setting me up for a test drive of the vehicle, he was nowhere to be found. The sales manager took up his slack, however, and more or less sold the car. First of all, the deal I had worked out with the salesman and which the sales manager gave me a dismissive "oh sure!" acknowledgment of turned into a completely different beast after I drove my new car off the lot. Furthermore, after promising repeatedly to arrange delivery of the lease car back to the appropriate lot for inspection and after several threatening letters from the lease company demanding to know where the car was, I had to make a trip across country back into town finally only to find that Jack Ingram had left the car parked in their unsecured employee lot for FOUR MONTHS in which time someone had attempted to pry the locked gas door open leaving body damage I will now be liable for. The sales manager was nowhere to be found to deal with this amazing oversight and the Jack Ingram staff merely shrugged at my frustration. Jack Ingram has the benefit of several solid lines of product, but I have never dealt with a more incompetent and dishonest dealership in my life. Personally, I will never deal with them again and I hope this might serve warning for others. If you're in the market for a Nissan, shop around. I suspect you'll be better off avoiding Jack Ingram motors. More
