We had been looking for a replacement vehicle for our daughter. We looked at over 16 vehicles covering 6 different dealers. Jack Ingram Motors and Sales Consultant Matt Vepa stood out. In a late evening met Matt Vepa in the darkened parking lot and he took us through a series of vehicles even as it was approaching closing time. We returned a few times during the day and Matt was helpful in narrowing our search down to something that would fit our driving needs. Went out on several test drives and the dealership and Matt were very accommodating. I hate hard-sell salesmen and Matt should be complimented on his approach throughout the transaction. He worked with us and gave us time to breath. No salesman knows every little detail about a car but Matt was honest to admit when he did not know rather than making up something that sounded good. He checked with the experts and got back to us with the right answer. We ended up with a used 2012 Nissan Altima with very low miles (2900) at a reasonable price. We also worked with Kara Killough, Business Manager who took the time to go over each and every form in the process of purchasing the vehicle. Although this took some time (as I read everything), she was patient and not rushed. She also shared with us options for warranty extensions and maintenance plans working costs of the multiple variations that I needed to make decisions. Matt is a good salesman, knowledgeable in the product and an honest young man. He presented himself as caring for the customer. I would look forward to working with him on our next car purchase and would recommend others to look towards him if you need a car that will fit your needs and budget. Tom Bradley More
My wife and I were on the last leg of a Christmas trip from the northern Virgina area to our home in Pensacola Fl on 26 Dec 2011 when we experienced a problem with the serpentine belt on my Nissan Frontie from the northern Virgina area to our home in Pensacola Fl on 26 Dec 2011 when we experienced a problem with the serpentine belt on my Nissan Frontier. Late in the evening (approx 4:40 PM) the service department (which was scheduled to close at 5:00 PM) more than gladly replaced the belt (even though not in stock they were able to find/order/and have delivered a replacement belt) and get us back on the road in order to get home. They stayed late to make sure we were safe to continue our trip. I was extremely impressed with their willingness to stay open late and fix my truck, their friendliness, their professionalism.....they provided assistance without hesitation to ensure we could continue safely. James and Burt are to be commended for assisting us, and their efforts are most appreciated. Mr Ingram, please congratulate (and if possible provide additional compensation for) your employees on providing service WAY beyond the ordinary. I wish your dealership were closer to PCola!! More
i would recommend Jesse to anyone. He is very professional and was very helpful. He helped me find the truck that was right for me and made sure I was comfortable and didn't get impatient with me professional and was very helpful. My husband and I visited 8 different dealerships and three Nissan dealers before we came back to Jack Ingram after looking on their lot one Sunday while they were closed. We were so impressed with the customer service and Jesse's knowledge about the vehicles we looked at. We ended up buying a new 2012 Altima. We will be referring all of our family and friends to Jesse from now on! I highly recommend Jack Ingram Nissan and Jesse Simmons. Saji and Stan were great as well. They are so nice! This was the first and last lot we visited. The salesman Eric walked my wife and I threw the entire process with courtesy,knowledge and patience. Problem with brakes on our Armada. Took vehicle in without an appt. Mr Collins took me immediately, listened to my description of the problem, added some brake fluid immediately, but then gave me an o without an appt. He called me in a couple of hours confirming the earlier diagnosis. Had to order the part. Gave me a time and estimate. Car was repaired in less time than estimated and at a lesser cost. Mr. James Collins on behalf of the dealership was responsive, set an appointment for me to bring in my vehicle for service, was present when I arrived, took my vehicle immediately, gave me a time est responsive, set an appointment for me to bring in my vehicle for service, was present when I arrived, took my vehicle immediately, gave me a time estimate, which turned out to be even less time than actually required, completed the repairs and service, and was very helpful in delivering the vehicle back to me, recommending further items to address, and informing me of status, all with pleasantness and professionalism. As always the service is great. The employee (Jennifer Hart) is always very plesant to work with and demonstrates knowledge of her job and responsibilities.
