From the moment we meet our sales associate Andy Lard until we signed the final contract with Randy Tucker, we were treated with nothin Outstanding. Andy answered all of our many questions without trying to force us into a vehicle and options we did not want. He give us the information we needed to make an informed decision and allowed us to do that. Randy was great at explaining the financial side of the deal and making sure we understood our rights and responsibilities. Overall, this is by far the best car buying session I have every experience in 25 years of buying cars. Everyone at Jack Ingram Nissan was great, but Andy and Randy were superstars. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More

I had the best experience ever buying a car from Jack Ingram Nissan. I checked several dealerships in my area and when I called them I know I need not look any further. In this world when your time is Ingram Nissan. I checked several dealerships in my area and when I called them I know I need not look any further. In this world when your time is precious, it is nice to be able to pick up the phone and call a car dealership tell them what you what and Boom you have it delivered to you over 85 miles away from the dealership. Now that is the way to do business !!!! Andy Lard did everything he could to me sure I was happy. John Ingram was a gem. He answered all my questions with ease. John made me feel like I received the best possible deal I could on the car. People say you can't trust a car salesman with this dealership you can. Mr. Wilson who delivered my car was extremely nice and very informative. John Ingram also did a follow up call with me the next morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Now that is service after the sell. Most dealerships you never hear from again after you sign on the dotted line. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
I purchased a new car from them 7/20/13 and it was a dealer trade. Meaning they had to bring in the car from another dealer. When the car arrives I guess it has the other dealers name plate badge on the dealer trade. Meaning they had to bring in the car from another dealer. When the car arrives I guess it has the other dealers name plate badge on the back of the car and Jack Ingram removes it to put their name on it. While trying to remove the other dealers name off the car they scratch the paint pretty deep. The morning after we get the car I notice the " Jack Ingram" sticker was a little crooked and when I bend down to get a closer look I notice the scratch's. The longest scratch was about an inch or so but was kinda deep and I didn't think I could buff it out. So I take it back to them that morning and I get there a little early and the only people there were the finance guy and a couple of salespeople. I talk to them about it and they were real nice and agreed it was to deep to buff out but would be easily fixable. I asked to speak to my original salesperson Andy or the sales manager Stan. They told me Stan wasn't there today but the other sales manager John should be in at anytime. So while I am waiting I notice that all the "Jack Ingram" badges on the other Altimas in the lot are in a different place than mine. SO it was obvious that they scratched it and tried to cover it up with their sticker. I guess its their policy if they mess something up they are going to try and cover it up rather than be honest with you. Makes me wonder about their service department when they work on your car. John Ingram the other sales manager finally walks by us going in the door and the finance guy explains to him why I am here.....John just says "Oh OK" like he really don't care. I follow him to his office and try to explain it again and his exact words were " I am trying to get ready for a meeting I can't help you." So I step out of his office and go towards the door and I stop and think to myself...Did this guy really just say that? I turn around to go back in his office and he is walking out going the other way like he just don't give a crap. I mean at least he could have said; Excuse me sir I have a meeting in a minute and this guy (whoever) will help you and if you have any problems please call me; or at least something that at least acted like he cared. As if his time is WAY more important than ours. If your name is on a business it would seem you would go to a little trouble to make the customer happy or at least act like you care. My salesperson was Andy Lard and he was super, so was Stan the sales manager I originally dealt with. But even the finance guy and salesperson agreed that was wrong and rude of John when I walked out the door. I bought a 350Z from Jack Ingram about 8 years ago and had a great buying experience then. But John Ingram ruined it for me this time. I guess since his last name is on the building you are just a quota to him. My family has bought several cars from Jack Ingram in the past; in fact just within the the last 8 months with my purchase Saturday we have bought 4 Altimas in the immediate family. I think we will take our Nissan business to Clanton next time. Even caught the finance guy in a little fib. We did the paper work on Saturday and since it was a dealer trade a guy would have to go over to Griffin Georgia to pick it up. Well the finance guy tells me this "driver" has already left to go get the car and it would be ready for us to pick up Monday. Well Monday they tell us the guy got a late start Monday and it wont be ready until Tuesday. So why tell me Saturday he already left? Not really a big deal cause they gave us a loaner car but why be dishonest about something like that. I am going to email this experience directly to Jack Ingram Motors and Nissan and hopefully I will have a positive update on this. More
