5-Star Sales Experience, 3-Star Finance Experience I recently purchased a Silverado 2500 ZR2 from JBA and had a great experience working with Rocky. His customer service was excellent, and he made what can normally be a stressful car-buying process pretty easy. I’m glad we were able to work out a deal, and I would definitely recommend Rocky to anyone looking for a vehicle. The only issue I encountered was once I got to the finance department. I was already pre-approved for the amount necessary to purchase the truck, but the finance team was extremely pushy about getting me to use their financing. At times, it felt less like a discussion and more like a battle of wills. I understand that dealerships have financial incentives to use their lenders, but I think customers should be able to make their financing decision without feeling pressured. Overall, I’m very happy with my truck and with the experience I had with Rocky. He was professional, helpful, and made the sales portion of the process easy. I just wish the financing experience had matched the quality of the sales experience. More
