I have purchased 4 new cars from this dealer, sales person and sales manager since 2008 because they have been responsive, friendly, professional, fair and honest. The price was better than any compar person and sales manager since 2008 because they have been responsive, friendly, professional, fair and honest. The price was better than any comparable vehicle price I found. They are up front and don't give you the "back room" treatment so many auto sales dealers are known for. I was currently not driving a Sonata. I really wanted to return to being a Sonata owner. I had purchased a Kia Forte about two years ago. My experience at the Kia dealership was dreadful. I was lied to, even when we asked that the process be sped up we spent over three hours completing paperwork, with the business agent getting up and leaving and returning to the office. My husband offered to go out and start the process of looking for a new Sonata. I told John I was unwilling to repeat the Kia experience. Not only did we not repeat it we left IG Hyundai so pleased. Hanahy Mahmound, our salesperson and Jessica Braun, our business manager were great. I am driving a beautiful new Sonata. Our request to keep our closing to a particular time limit so I could keep a work appointment was graciously honored. Hanafy set my phone up, explained all the great features in the car and offered help anytime I mihgt need it. I was recently the victim of a hit and run accident and was forced much to my dismay to purchase a new vehicle because my car was totalled. I had shopped around several other dealerships before visiting Inver Grove and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the extreme pressure to buy a car I was not at all interested in. My experience with Steve was exactly the opposite. He was patient, friendly and extremly sympathetic to my situation, and I truly felt like he was concerned with helping me find the right car for me. I voiced my discouragement with other dealerships, and Steve really tried and succeeded in making the car buying process less painful and unpleasant than my previous encounters. I'm very pleased with my new car and I truly appreciate the hard work and great care in which my needs were handled. More
Went in for a test drive on a Saturday and was very happy with the service from Chris. There was no pressure in buying at all. That Wednesday after my test drive, he sent me an e-mail with my new black car waiting for me! Went in the same day and signed the papers and off I went. Absolutely love the service and the people. Everyone was awesome and friendly and worked very VERY hard to get me what I wanted. They didn't make me any promises, just said they would try their best and they did! I will definitely go to them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family if they are looking for a Hyundai dealership! More
I had gone into this dealership in the middle of the week just to look at cars and test drive. Chris was very helpful of filling me in with the knowledge I needed to know about the car. I then came back later that week with my dad, unsure of if we were going to buy the car I checked out but he wanted to check it out for himself. Chris was honest with everything, and I did not feel like I was being played at all by any means. A couple days later when I bought the car, there was a starter problem, I brought it back and they are currently fixing the issue without a problem! I had a great experience with this dealer. More

I bought my car here in 2004. I decided on Hyundai because of the Warranty. But when my car failed me and the engine (power-train) stopped working the dealership did not stand behind their 10year/100, because of the Warranty. But when my car failed me and the engine (power-train) stopped working the dealership did not stand behind their 10year/100,000 mile warranty which my car qualified for. When I asked if they'd consider a trade for my '04 Elantra they said it was worth $200! I will never make the mistake of buying a Hyuandai or buying a car from this dealership. Ever. I warn all my friends and family. Why do they say they have "America's Best Warranty"? When they don't stand behind it. Also when they looked at my car and determined it was my engine they tried to make me pay $300 for them not to cover my powertrain. They also said to come and get my car off of their property. If you like being treated poorly after spending $14,000 for a car for years this is the place for you. If not, find a great dealership! More
