We were casually looking at trading our old Tucson for a new one and showed up at Inver Grove Hyundai without an appointment. Mike Parr greeted us when we walked in and we started the conversation. Even though he knew we might not be seriously looking he spared no effort to show us exactly what's new for the 2013 Tucson. We even took it for a ride. We left and he followed up the next day with further information. There was never any pressure, just great service. We, in the end, decided to do the trade-in, and the experience thereafter was equally great. The paperwork was a breeze and Mike again showed us everything we wanted to know with the car. It was/is a great experience at Inver Brove Hyundai. Thanks Mike Parr! More
I bought my car, a 2010 Sonata almost two years ago from Terry in the Sales department. He was professional and didn't play games. Unlike the Nissan Dealer down the road the week before (3 problems with a used car within 24 hrs and my having to consider legal action to get my trade-in car back), this car had no problems. I bought it with 45K on it and it now has around 70k. No problems with one exception. My starter went out last weekend. I was able to drop the vehicle off and pick it up the next day. The repair was covered under my warranty plan -I did have to pay a $100 deductible, but it was better than $500 for the starter and labor without a warranty. The only disappointment was that there was not a loaner available-according to the service guy -all week. The staff here have always been professional and seem to treat everyone the same regardless of age, race or creed. Their customer service is why I've taken the time to write this review, and why I recommend Hyundai to my friends and family. Unless something changes drastically, I already know I'll be buying my next car at Inver Grove Hyundai. Joel -Saint Paul More
My first reason for visiting Inver Grove Hyundai was to test drive a Santa Fe because I was in the market for a used SUV. As I got out of my car Andy approached my son and I and asked us if he could be of test drive a Santa Fe because I was in the market for a used SUV. Also I told him that I was just starting my search for a suv. He showed us around and we found one I wanted to test drive. We went for the test drive and he explained a lot about the vechicle and put no preasure on us. I was impressed with him and the car but I told him I had just started my search and he said fine and if I wanted to come back to drive the car again, I was welcome any time and gave me his card. I went back a week later and they had a few more cars in and I asked to test drive two that I thought I would like. They were both great and we sat down and he helped me decide which one best suited me. He was funny, kind,and patient. Overall it was a great experience. I got the car I wanted at the Price I wanted to pay! I have to say that everyone I met at the dealership was was very professional and I would highly recommend Inver Grove Hyundai to anybody who wants a great deal with great sales people More

The reason why I rated this dealership poorly are as followed : I purchased a vehicle from this dealership five months ago, two months later, there is a brake issue. With less than 2000 miles since purc followed : I purchased a vehicle from this dealership five months ago, two months later, there is a brake issue. With less than 2000 miles since purchase, they "repair"the brakes at no cost. That is awesome IF the issue is then resolved. But it was not. About two months later, the same problem comes back. At this point I am upset because of the amount of money I spent on the car just five months earlier. I take the car back to the dealership and this time I am told that it will cost 700 dollars to fix the same problem!!?? Cy tried to help but there was nothing else he could do. My anger is with the dealership and the car maker. Do they not think the car should have working brakes upon purchase? At any rate, I cannot afford such a fix. So hopefully the bbb or attorney general can help. Try to be responsible and buy a nice car with an extended warranty to protect myself and this is what it gets me. I should have just bought another junker for 1000. More
Despite the fact that I will always wish I'd paid less for my new Hyundai Elantra Touring, and just who doesn't wish that, Bruce Jensen, the salesperson at Inver Grove Hyundai served me well. When the car I wanted wasn't in stock, they found one elsewhere and had it brought in for me to purchase. I note that Bloomington Luther Hyundai claimed that the car I wanted was not available anywhere in the region. To put it bluntly, they either lied, since two hours later Inver Grove Hyundai found the car I wanted. They got the money, and the Rudy Luther dealership didn't. Draw your own conclusions. More

After finding my top choice did not exist anywhere in Minnesota, this Team went above and beyond my expectations by arranging to swap my vehicle all the way from Council Bluffs, IA!
