I was impressed by the friendliness of Mike and his knowledge of the product he was selling. I had visited many different dealerships before I got to Inver Grove Hyundai. None of the other dealership knowledge of the product he was selling. I had visited many different dealerships before I got to Inver Grove Hyundai. None of the other dealerships, (not all Hyundai) gave me the detailed information about the car and its safety features. I learned more about the car I finally bought than any other car I have ever owned! I had a trailer hitch installed on the car before I came to take possession. This was done in a very professional and timely manner. Mike made sure that I knew how to operate everything on the car before I drove it off the lot and that I knew who to call if I had any questions or problems in the future. Let me start by saying, in general, I'd rather have my toenails pried off with a spoon while getting a sedation free root canal than deal with buying a new car. The phrase "what's it going to take to get you to drive out of here in a new car" makes me want to inflict serious injury on the person asking. That said, I had never dealt with this or any Hyundai dealer, I assumed it would be more of the same. I was wrong. Upon arrival, we were immediately met by Hung, our sales rep. He was quite friendly and asked what we were looking for (commuter car, good mileage). I gave him two models I was interested in and he immediately recommened the less expensive model, as it was a better fit with what I said I wanted. Long story short, the service was friendly and excellent. All of his questions were geared toward finding out what I really wanted in a car and he worked hard to help me find it. They even provided a free (high-end) loaner car to help me avoid having to buy new license tabs for my trade-in while I waited for the new car to be delivered. Great experience, no heckling, Hung is phenominal. And noone ever asked "what it would take to get me into a new car today". Highly recommend Inver Grove Hyundai! More

Hung met us at the door the first time we came there. He had a big smile on his face. He was very nice to us. Our car was definitely in GOOD condition. We were offered a price for the car that would fall below fair. We had a newspaper with us and a price list from Kelly blue book. The newspaper ad was what brought us to this dealership. The ad stated that $1,000.00 over the kelly blue book price would be given for our vehicle. We ended up selling the car to somebody that we knew. Other than that, our overall experience was exceptionally nice. Hung took good care of us. He even offered to deliver our new car right to our home. He made sure that he went over everything in the car before we took it from the lot. We ended up purchasing the extended warranty and the coating. Hung offered to pick up the car and leave a car for us to use plus delivering the car back to our house. Both of us felt that the two hours was a bit too long for taking the car. Perhaps there is some way that you could speed that part up. I'm writing all of this because the computer says that I have to have a least 250 words. That also is excessive. I would have written that we were very happy with the service. More

His approach was non threating...the right amount of humor...sincerity kindness and respect.There was non of the negative "stuff" associated with car sales men..in listening to Hanafy talk about the Elantra i started wondering if this was something i should be considering as well...I was no more in the market for a car than the man on the moon.my car was 3 years old with less than 30,000 miles. By the end of the night i asked him what it would take for me to get into this vehicle too...and the next thing I knew I was waiting (like many others) for a car. After 3 weeks, one was found and i LOVE IT !!!!! this is the reason for the Friendliness & customer service/overall rating(which were all reflections and due to Hanafy.Pricing speaks for itself I got into a lease for about 20.00 more a month than my Saturn Ion with a lot more car. That would be the reason for the pricing rating. I changed my rating to n/a on quality of work since this was a sale and not for work that was done. I however am having an issue with my car that i have already notified Hanafy about he has stepped in to see what he could do to help the issue has not been resolved as of yet but i have every reason to believe that right will be done by me. the night i went to look at the car that was brought in for me i test drove it and it died on the hiway it turned out to be the alternator the issue that is present now is the clock and radio wont stay set.
