Couldn't have been happier with the customer service we received from Carrie and Chris. I completed the online application prior to arriving at the dealership. Arrived on a Saturday morning and they were there waiting for me and my wife. They had the vehicle (2009 Sonata) running and warm. Test drove the vehicle and completed paperwork all in about an hour. The 60 mile one way drive was well worth it. I will recommend this dealership to everyone. More
I was not completely sold on buying another Hyundai as I had numerous problems with my 2003 Sante Fe that I bought from Denny Hecker. However, after meeting Carrie in finance & then going on test drives wi had numerous problems with my 2003 Sante Fe that I bought from Denny Hecker. However, after meeting Carrie in finance & then going on test drives with Chris Hunt - I was completely sold on purchasing a 2013 Tucson. I LOVE my new truck & Chris is the absolute BEST!!! He is so nice & he treats you like you are his only customer no matter how busy he is. Chris is just a genuine guy & he is excellent at his job. I wholeheartedly recommend Inver Grove Hyundai. My cousin bought a brand new Sonata the week after I bought my truck - now we are both telling the world how awesome everyone is at this dealership & how Hyundai has definitely stepped their game up in the quality department. I was taking a car on a test drive and 2 minutes into test drive, ran out of gas. Prior to the car salesman calling to have someone come and rescue us, he takes a sales call in the car!! Not to mention the GM drove by our vehicle, didn't realize there were customers in the car and jokes with his employees. My first car i bought from them I received with the tires on inside out, the best part is they tried to make me pay for their mistake. I traded in my Hyundai so I never have to deal with them again, extremely disappointed and will never refer this dealership, by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had car shopping! More
We stopped in to “kick some tires” and we drove away with two things- an incredible car , (a Sonata -9000 mile Gem) and a new friend, our salesman Chris Hunt . It is hard to believe that this guy has only been doing this for a couple of years. He was very professional, but also had a wonderful sense of humor. He made the whole god forsaken Car Shopping nightmare , actually a pleasant experience. Some of the car salesman you run into are pushy and just a pain to deal with –Not Chris- I am going to recommend IGH to all of my friends and relatives- what a great dealership- and staff. More

I did buy the Chrysler Town and Country Touring-L advertised on your site, but the entire experience was horrific. I was buying this vehicle so I could carry my power wheelchair with me when I go to advertised on your site, but the entire experience was horrific. I was buying this vehicle so I could carry my power wheelchair with me when I go to the store, etc. I had to call many, many time to get simple information. I asked for a copy of the window sticker on the car and was not given window sticker but a two page list of options codes and brief explanations that meant nothing to me. I didn’t concern myself with this because a Touring-L model had certain equipment that made it a Touring-L model. I did not quibble on price, but only asked for new wiper blades (my mechanic said they were badly needed for safe driving). No wiper blades were installed and I was not told that they were not installed. I found out 200 miles down the road when I turned on the wipers. After they had their money and the papers were signed, I was given only one key. I asked for the second key and was told there was only one. This fact was never mentioned by the saleman or on their web site. I said two keys are expected and were provided with any car I every bought. I asked they pay for second key (remembering that I paid the full asking price). The answer I got from the used car manager was a simple NO. I had already invested a day of my time and gas money to drive there and over $350.00 for the mechanic and temporary insurance. So I accepted their answers with much grumbling. I let my wife drive the car home. When I start looking at the car, I was more than surprised to learn that it did not have much of the equipment that was standard on a Chrysler Touring-L model. Their web site said the vehicle was Touring-L model. This vehicle is not a Touring-L. It has part of the equipment, but not all of the equipment I need. It cost me another $297.60 to get the key FOB and have it programmed. The vehicle is not equipped as a Touring-L model, and I will never have the safety features I needed. Bottom line is the great deal turned into a average deal for a standard Touring model, with leather seats. I will not buy another vehicle from Inver Grove Hyundai in Minnesota. All my friends and family will know about how I feel about this transaction. More

While I ended up buying at a dealer where I live, Lisa proved the epitome of the kind of car salesman I prefer to deal with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and not pushy. The prices that were offed me were also competitive. If my local dealer hadn't been very competitive in price, I would have been more than willing to buy at this dealership (about 80 miles from where I live). More
This was my first experience of buying a new Elantra from this dealership and it was great. Hanafy and Jessica were very friendly and helpfull.
