i purchased a used 2012 dodge grand caravan sxt for 17000. the weather being extremely cold here we didn't do a good enough inspection of the van. i expected a good quality, with no apparent flaws fo 17000. the weather being extremely cold here we didn't do a good enough inspection of the van. i expected a good quality, with no apparent flaws for that kind of money, van. in the first week we noticed a torn seat in the rear. upon telling the salesman, thomas, about it he flat out said they will not take care of it. so disappointed we went on. now the weather here has been nasty here so when we got a slight break i took it in to be washed. after this i noticed mismatched tires and a rear vent window which didn't work due to missing hardware. it was held shut with a zip tie! also noticed brakes grinding when applied heavily. now i know its used but these things should have been pointed out to us, the least they could have done when we payed so much for this van. upon contacting the salesman about these problems he said he couldn't help us and that the used car sales manager would have to deal with us. well we are still waiting to here from him. i wouldn't recommend this dealer if you expect to get what you pay for, once they have your money they are done with you!! one unhappy customer More

Just purchased a 2013 Santa Fe Limited w/ 3rd row seating! This model, with the technology package, has been very tough to find, but is just now becoming more widely available in MN. I thought the staff at Inver Grove Hyundai did a wonderful job in maintaining my interest in the car and managing my expectations while we waited for car to be delivered. I shopped other Hyundai dealerships, but none proved to be as competitive as Inver Grove. Bill Barnhart was our lead sales person, he was polite, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable on the features of the Santa Fe (even with all the technology - he proved to be quite the geek.). Angie Gustafson was also helpful. She serves as the new sales car manager, and did a very effective job in complementing Bill's communication. I always felt I was getting honest and accurate information - never overbearing. Hyundai is a great product...and I highly recommend anyone thinking of buying one to buy from Inver Grove Hyundai. After test driving a "pre-owned" vehicle at Inver Grove Hyundai we committed to purchasing the vehicle with the stipulation that we wanted to have the check engine light tested. That was agreed to buy the salesman and said it was "no problem". The sales team had a morning meeting and the sale associate said we couldn't come for the vehicle until later in the morning. To our dismay the Used Car Manager had let another customer make and appointment before we could get there and sold the vehicle out from under us without us having an opportunity to purchase the car first. Their policy first come first served? Well, we made the offer on the car first and that didn't seem to matter. More like bad business practices. Not only would I never consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, but will also tell everyone I know about their unethical business practices. More
