Satisfied I would recommended hiring more people to work in the finance dept. at this dealership. Considering I had an appt time for vehicle pickup and had been pre-approved for financing, I had to wait an unacceptable length of time to complete the financing paper work. Once I got in to meet with one of the financing staff, he was very pleasant to work with. However, the time waiting really spoiled the excitement I was feeling during my experience of purchasing my new car and would give a poor rating in the finance dept. due to unstaffing. My vehicle was not properly cleaned when I picked it up either ....since I left dealership at night, it became obvious with the glare on the windows from other vehicles as I was driving home. Carpet was cleaned, windows were not even touched. But I was satisfied by the dealership's solution and how they handled the situation. I also have come to discover some the radio features are either not working, or work to an unacceptable condition. which i'm quite disappointed since they were a couple of the features of the car that drew me to this car. Overall, my experience was at a level of satisfication. My salesman was very helpful during this experience. More
