Everything went pretty much as I expected. I started the purchase online. I received prompt email responses from a salesperson. Vicki Dubay I had been to at least 7 different dealerships searching for a used car with low mileage for a good price. Financing was always the issue, even with cash down and a trade-in I kept running into issues. I finally went to Inver Grove Hyundai where I met Vicki Dubay. She assured me she could help me and would not waste my time. We started going through the whole process and right about the part where I kept getting the "Sorry this just won't work unless you..." speech, she told me we were good to go and pulled up a few vehicles that were in my budget with low mileage. She helped me get a 2010 Kia Soul with less than 45,000 miles. Turns out she was the head of their financing department. So she wasn't a sales person trying to get a commission check, she was helping me simply because she was in the position to help me and knew she could. I love my car, my daughters love their new car, and I am very thankful for having went to THAT dealership and met her. If you are looking for a new or used car, go there!!! Ask for Vicki!! You won't regret it. More

Supportive Team I stopped at a coffee shop one morning with a friend who was giving me a ride to work as my car was totaled a few weeks ago. I see another friend and during our morning conversation she discovered that I was without a vehicle. She said "OMG I got a new car a few weeks ago at Inver Grove Hyundai and those guys were the bomb"! Then she gave me Hung Nguyen's card and said, call him today. Within the next couple of hours I called and asked for an appointment. He said stop by at your leisure and assured me that they had a great team and I would leave with the vehicle. Once there he introduced me to Vicki Dubay. He was right! Vicki was very personable, straight forth and spoke in terms I understood. As nervous as I was, Vicki's experience and very noticeable knowledge of the business itself was refreshing. When I left I was set up for a new vehicle and felt very confident and comfortable about my decision. Whatever we discussed about the purchase was exactly how it turned out. No Surprises! More

He showed me a number of vehicles before he found exactly what I was looking for. Price was good without much haggling! I would readily deal with Hung any time. The credit guy was a bit tricky for my taste. This has nothing to do with Hung, but is apparently a normal practice for this firm. He took a $500 credit away because I got a "0% loan" for 36 months, which effectively cancels the no interest aspect by making me pay $500.00 up front, which puts the "real" interest rate at, perhaps, 1.5%. Another aspect of the credit guy that bothered me was his attempts to "up sale" me with a number of add on features such as a maintenance agreement for about $2300, and a 3M product to protect against rock chips, etc. He had several alternatives, each of which had to be selected then and there, no time to think it over. Credit guy gets a D minus, Hung gets an "A" More
