Indy Honda

First we had a brake job go wrong. $1000.00 later I complained that their service records did not add up. While they actually did the work, I have doubts that the work needed done. Now a year later I complained that their service records did not add up. While they actually did the work, I have doubts that the work needed done. Now a year later I trade the car on a new one. I signed the paperwork, and copies were put into an envelope for me to pick up with the car the next day when it was ready. I received the bank paperwork a week later and found the loan was for $3000.00 more than I signed for. I went back to the envelope, and it seems that half the paperwork that I did sign was not in there, and the sales contract was absolutely NOT the one that I signed. While the amount might seems small, it is FRAUD, and without the rest of the paperwork (good luck getting that back) I am basically out of luck. This dealership will, absolutly RIP YOU OFF!! I realize that an Honest car dealer seems a contradiction, but there are many that are more honest that these. More

I really had no idea what I was doing when looking for a car, only that my budget was rather limited and that I wanted a car I could rely on for a long time. Jason didn't take advantage of my knowing nothing about cars and was very thorough, friendly, and welcoming. My family just went back to get another car from the dealership! I went to Indy Honda after visiting another area dealer and feeling like I got the run around. Indy Honda offered me a great price and an even better trade-in when I bought my new 2005 Pilot. I used Indystar.com to look for a used Nissan Xterra. I found one at Indy Honda that I was interested in. So I called them and told them that I would like to come in and do a test drive on the Xterra on th found one at Indy Honda that I was interested in. So I called them and told them that I would like to come in and do a test drive on the Xterra on their lot. Once I got there Butch had the SUV ready to go and parked out front for me. Before I got there Butch actually took the SUV out for a spin first to check it out. Then I got there and did a test drive. While doing the test drive they went ahead and checked out my SUV for a possible trade in. Everything went smooth. I liked the SUV and I told them how much I wanted to spend and how much I wanted for my SUV on a trade in and they accepted it all. Then I worked with their finance manager, Nate, to get the loan processed. Nate got me a great rate and the paperwork went nice, fast and smooth. Needless to say this morning I'm driving my new Xterra. I would recommend anybody looking for a new, used or lease car to ask for Butch and Nate. They won't be disappointed! Thanks, Jason B. More
