Brought a use car (as is) on 9/9/2011 on 9/11/2011 the cluster panel failed and yes I know as is but the dealership would not help with cost or anything and was told that I would need to pay 500+ dollar f cluster panel failed and yes I know as is but the dealership would not help with cost or anything and was told that I would need to pay 500+ dollar for a car I had two days. Would not remend or use this car dealership again. Personally I believe is a shitty deal once they get your money they do not care about you anymore. Buyer beware More
I'm very pleased to say everyone treated me with respect. No snarky attitude, no looking at me with $$ signs in their eyes. Josh was helpful without being pushy. He was informative and honest... none of that slimy car salesman stuff here. He really wanted me to leave with the best deal possible and walked me through all options and honest... none of that slimy car salesman stuff here. He really wanted me to leave with the best deal possible and walked me through all options since I was upside down in my trade-in. This was such an awesome experience that I am positive that I will never shop anywhere else. I highly recommend Indy Honda and salesman Josh! More
We started out looking for a used CRV. We found one at Ed Martin Honda that we thought was "it", but had to sleep on it.We stopped in at IndyHonda on our way home, having been out to several Honda dealer alr Martin Honda that we thought was "it", but had to sleep on it.We stopped in at IndyHonda on our way home, having been out to several Honda dealer already. There was one on the lot that was comparable to the Ed Martin CRV but priced higher. We did not go in to talk to a salesman, but headed home to look for an internet price on the IndyHonda CRV.We emailed for a price and T. K. King promptly responded. We also emailed her about the discounted price for public school employees. She was again prompt in response. We stopped in the next day to test drive the IndyHonda CRV, but found that the Ed Martin CRV road smoother and was a bit less in price.Went off to Ed Martin for another look and probably buy, but it had sold after we left the day before. The Ed Martin salesman suggested we consider a pricing a new one.We had not considered a new CRV thinking it would be priced out of our comfort zone.We were surprised that there was not much difference in the new and used, but Ed Martin did not have exactly what we wanted on the lot and would have to find one.We called T. K. to see if she could price one for us and headed back to IndyHonda.T.K. had a better price and worked with us on some accessories we wanted as well. She is the BEST salesperson we have ever dealt with in all our years of car shopping. She was prompt on every answer to our inquires and the best thing of all was she did not have to get up and ask the manager about anything having to do with pricing. We were not handed off and made to sit waiting on answers. It was by far the best customer service we have ever had in any dealership. The price we came away with was not just "good" but really "very good".The only reason it is not "great" is because, well, cars are EXPENSIVE!You always feel like you wish you could have spent less, but we do feel T. K. gave us the best possible deal we could have gotten anywhere on this new CRV.The only other person we had to deal with was the financial guy, Nate.He was also excellent to work with, informative but no pressure. We walked away knowing that when we need to make our 6th Honda purchased (this was our 5th Honda we had bought over the years)we will give IndyHonda the first and last effort to once again have our business. Hopefully T. K. is still selling cars when our '03 Pilot wears out! More
It does seem like many people have rated Indy Honda to be great, but unfortunately for me, I had a terrible experience. They did have a good price on the new car I wanted, but misinformed me on its availabil great, but unfortunately for me, I had a terrible experience. They did have a good price on the new car I wanted, but misinformed me on its availability. But when they valued my trade, it is ridiculous! I had a perfectly good car worth more than $3000, and they valued it at less than $900. I was insulted and offended. And there was not a budge, not a counter-offer, nothing! I just walked out and went to the dealership that eventually did give me $3500 and a better new car price. Indy Honda seems to be becoming arrogant, complacent and is quickly losing its customers! That is the nature of this business. Please remember Indy Honda - Customer is King. More
Took in my 1995 Honda Civic following an intermittent crank no-start issue. After looking at the car, Mr. Beach said they "could not get it to repeat" -- however, a main relay was the usual cause in eld crank no-start issue. After looking at the car, Mr. Beach said they "could not get it to repeat" -- however, a main relay was the usual cause in elderly civics. I OKed the replacement ($200) BUT ISSUE WORSENED! Took car in again for assessment of now SOAKED passenger floorboard. Mr Beach said leak was "very hard to find, but i should try parking nosefirst downhill" car is now fixed with many thx to online civic forums and a local autoshop. and finally, fun fact: IF I HAD FOLLOWED BOB ROHRMAN INDY HONDA'S ADVICE, MY CAR'S COMPUTER ON THE PASSENGER FLOORBOARD WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY SUBMERGED IN H2O, COSTING ME HUNDREDS TO REPLACE. hefty incentive for the advice, eh? thank goodness for google! I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Devin Ciciero and Indy Honda. I purchased a 2010 Honda Fit Sport from them after looking for the perfect vehicle for more than one year. I only drive Devin Ciciero and Indy Honda. I purchased a 2010 Honda Fit Sport from them after looking for the perfect vehicle for more than one year. I only drive manual-transmissions so it's difficult to find the right car. Devin was patient, courteous, professional and accommodating through the entire process. He maintained contact with me for about 18 months and patiently earned my business. Price negotiations with Indy Honda were simple and no-pressure and I got the price I wanted. Their atmosphere for negotiations was comfortable and pleasant. They also fully disclosed all expenses and didn't have any hidden costs. They openly provided me with the factory to dealership rebate and guided me through all of the financing steps. I will gladly shop this dealership again and would proudly recommend it to anyone else. This is a great dealership to go to to shop for a new/used vehicle. I will go to them first for my next vehicle. More
First we had a brake job go wrong. $1000.00 later I complained that their service records did not add up. While they actually did the work, I have doubts that the work needed done. Now a year later I complained that their service records did not add up. While they actually did the work, I have doubts that the work needed done. Now a year later I trade the car on a new one. I signed the paperwork, and copies were put into an envelope for me to pick up with the car the next day when it was ready. I received the bank paperwork a week later and found the loan was for $3000.00 more than I signed for. I went back to the envelope, and it seems that half the paperwork that I did sign was not in there, and the sales contract was absolutely NOT the one that I signed. While the amount might seems small, it is FRAUD, and without the rest of the paperwork (good luck getting that back) I am basically out of luck. This dealership will, absolutly RIP YOU OFF!! I realize that an Honest car dealer seems a contradiction, but there are many that are more honest that these. More
I really had no idea what I was doing when looking for a car, only that my budget was rather limited and that I wanted a car I could rely on for a long time. I was only shown a few cars, but they were very car, only that my budget was rather limited and that I wanted a car I could rely on for a long time. I was only shown a few cars, but they were very specific to what I was looking for, and I eventually found a car that was negotiated to within my budget, that looks good, runs very well, and has turned into a great investment. Jason didn't take advantage of my knowing nothing about cars and was very thorough, friendly, and welcoming. My family just went back to get another car from the dealership! I would definitely recommend Indy Honda to my friends. More
