Our experience with purchasing our NEW Odyssey in 2003 was great - no problems. Until we started having problems with it -- then the experience changed. I read a lot of stuff on the Edmunds.com forum an was great - no problems. Until we started having problems with it -- then the experience changed. I read a lot of stuff on the Edmunds.com forum and found out we were not alone! We paid a very pretty penny so we could get what we wanted and so that we would have it for a VERY LONG TIME! Well, sorry to say ... that didn't happen. Our 2003 was babied and still failed with only 91,000 miles on it. Our transmission failed and basically Honda could care less. Buyer beware --- read on the forums about Odyssey's from 99-04 - LOTS OF PROBLEMS! Just do a search on them and you will see! I will NEVER recommed Honda or buy one again. They took my faith and ability to "trust" in things. I have told and will continue to tell people all about my experience with my $30,000 plus vehicle. Sorry to say, I am not made of money and that is like a ton of it wasted - give anything to have it back! I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM CUZ IT COULD HAVE COST US OUR LIVES when our transmission failed on the highway! If we would have lost control - 7 people would be dead right now (including me) and do you think Honda cares -- ?? HELL NO! Do NOT buy a Honda!!!!!!! More
Scott was extremely helpful and courteous. He had done his homework and steered us in the direction we were interested in. We were not kept waiting and were able to test drive any vehicle we wanted. Bob Hagy is a tremendous asset to Indy Honda. Whenever I have had questions, Bob has always answered them in a clear and concise manner. I've purchased 5 new Hondas from Indy Honda (2 CRV's and 3 Accords)because of the outstanding service afforded by this dealership. My definition of service is in all areas of the dealership: Sales, Servic 3 Accords)because of the outstanding service afforded by this dealership. My definition of service is in all areas of the dealership: Sales, Service and Administration. This is an extremely well run operation. The people are friendly, courteous, honest and competent. I have all my maintenence service performed at this dealership. I drive 35 miles one way to take my vehicles there, even though I now have a dealer within 9 miles of my residence. I paid for and had the Ziebart Appearance Protection Package done to the Horizon Ridgeline. They completed the work in about 90 minutes, when they oriiginally told me it would take about three hours. I was looking to buy a two door coupe or convertible basically used. On my way I just visited Indy Honda to check if they have any used vehicle and ended up in buying a new one. The deal for the new one was very lucrative and the sales person Chris Belt who was very nice and friendly. He told me about the benefits of having Honda and which I also believe as a good asset and investment. He easied the process of buying car and was supportive during my decision making. He offered me a deal that I couldn't resist. I never felt like he was pushing me to buy a car from him, which you don't often see when you are buying a car.
