regular service appointment Came in for oil change. Tire rotation was recommended so agreed. When called for appt. I explained I had hit an orange barrel with minimal damage a Came in for oil change. Tire rotation was recommended so agreed. When called for appt. I explained I had hit an orange barrel with minimal damage and asked if Honda could fix. She said they would look at it when I came in. Service tech who checked me in did not look at it at all before saying no. He was not particularly customer friendly. He was not the one who brought keys and went over info after service. That tech was very nice. If Honda does not do any work then person on phone should be instructed to say that. Check in tech took pictures (did not tell me he was doing this or ask if I wanted it done). I have always had good customer service with Honda in the past. I will return for service. More

Disappointing I had my brakes rated as adequate during my October check up at and then needed to replace two rotors and 4 pads in early December at the same locatio I had my brakes rated as adequate during my October check up at and then needed to replace two rotors and 4 pads in early December at the same location. I do not drive an unusual amount. They additionally tried to sell me on flushing my brakes without bothering to review the records to note the last time my brakes were flushed. I bought the car from the same dealership as a certified used Honda in early 2018 along with an extended warranty and the warranty did not cover this repair. When I asked questions, the employee seemed annoyed. It always takes a very long time even for an oil change when I make an appointment. I do not recommend this dealership or service department. More
These guys are great! I had a warranty item fixed just a couple of weeks ago, then came back for a new battery and they’ve been so helpful and friendly each time. I don't know if it can be made bigger (it certainly should be bigger...), but I know that it can be updated and cleaned up. The Chevy dealer across the street has an amazing waiting area...Mr. Rohrman should go check it out!!! More
