Spoken down to I didn't appreciate the way that Marshall the service manager spoke to me. My windshield wiper fluid wasn't coming out when I brought it in. He expl I didn't appreciate the way that Marshall the service manager spoke to me. My windshield wiper fluid wasn't coming out when I brought it in. He explained that they would take a look at it, it might be out of fluid. I don't know if he thinks I am stupid because I am a woman or just because I belong to the general public, but that was the most condescending thing he could've said. He may as well of called me an idiot. Surely anyone would fill the fluid before proclaiming it isn't coming out. It turned out that the hose had come unattached under the hood and it was an easy fix and they didn't charge me to fix it. That may be what saved my business. This isn't the first time I have felt this way when talking to Marshall and I hope to avoid him in the future. I called and asked for the GM and left a VM I was so upset, but I never heard back from him. Whomever called me and told the car was ready was a doll. Let's move to the cashier. I called to tell her I was en route to pick up my car. I asked her if she could have it pulled around. She stated I will have it pulled around when you get here. I actually had to say could you do that now? I would like to leave ASAP that is why I am calling ahead. She was snotty about her yes but she did as asked. Why did I have to ask twice and then get an attitude? I sure miss Bart. More

Indy Honda determined that this replacement battery was dead and installed a new battery. I kept my fingers crossed through the holiday season, but so far my car has now continued to start. More
