The service department is fast and efficient and generally does a fine job. The only problems I’ve ever had relate to tires. We needed a new tire to replace a damaged one, and it was installed backw generally does a fine job. The only problems I’ve ever had relate to tires. On another visit to perform an oil change, tire rotation, and various other checks, I found all the tires to be under inflated four days afterwards. One was so under-inflated that it tripped the pressure alarm. We found this 50 miles into a trip to Florida and had to air up all the tires at a gas station in Southern Indiana. The tires have continued to hold the correct pressures during and after the long trip and we’re just slow and normal leaks. But, I would have expected the tire pressures to have been checked and corrected during the service. More

We declined those. Said they were required. After much hassling they agreed to take off the extra service fee. We set an appointment for the following day to come finish paperwork and that we would be paying with cash. We scheduled delivery then. We requested numerous times to pick the car up when we did paperwork. We received the round around about picking up the car. The reason we couldn’t pick the vehicle up was because they SOLD THE CAR! We wasted so much time with this completely dishonest dealership. More

The gentlemen didn’t get me for a bit after they were done checking my car out. Left it sitting with keys on his desk til I went back. Then they had to hunt him too. The told me what was wrong couldn’t fix for at least 2 Months then I ask if the cost would come off of it if they fixed he said no. When I called in for the lights I was told if I had them fix it the cost to diagnose would be taken off. Didn’t have the appt with that guy. I always had the same gentleman before. Was going to look at a Honda like a suv. But after that not even interested. Always enjoyed coming up there before More
