I purchase Honda CRV from Indy Honda US-31 on 29-April-2022. First they added few optional warranties which unnecessary increase my loan amount. After that I called and ask to remove the warranties as those are optional.From last 3 days I am doing continuous followup but they are not sending me the soft copy revised documents in which warranties should be removed. Not satisfied that way Indy Honda treating their customer after the sale of the car. If anybody planning to do to buy car from Indy Honda please make sure we shoudl be well aware about their tricks. I ended up buying a new Honda from a different dealership because I had a poor experience with Indy Honda. The dealer I had was pushy and I caught him lying to me twice. The deals weren’t the best and I felt because I had a poor experience with Indy Honda. The dealer I had was pushy and I caught him lying to me twice. For reference, I sat and tried to trade in my old Honda and buy a new one for about 3 hours at Indy Honda only to get jerked around. I went to Honda Fishers and had my car appraised and the new one purchased in under an hour. I won’t be buying a car from Indy Honda in the future. More
