Erickrenzo12 As per our personal conversation, you mentioned this was an incident that happened 1 1/2 years ago. You came in the dealership and you made it clear you were not ready to purchase and you just wanted to browse. It is true when you come into our dealership we ask for specific items such as name, driver’s license and the type of car you are interested in. We do this for two reasons. One is track how you entered into our dealership. This is important marketing information we utilize to see if we are advertising in the correct manor. The other is to assure us you are legally able to test drive one of our cars. I do apologize if any of this was not parlayed to you correctly or if it offended you in any way.
