Customer Service was excellent. Cesar was very direct with us. He did what he can to make it work for us. Despite the extremely hot temperature, he was patiently waiting for me to decide which car I want with us. He did what he can to make it work for us. Despite the extremely hot temperature, he was patiently waiting for me to decide which car I wanted to buy. And it took me awhile to decide too. He made certain that I am happy with whatever I decide on. And I have to say, I am very happy not only with my new car but the way we were treated. My husband was so impressed with the way Cesar worked with us, that he said that he will come back eventually to buy his new car from Cesar too. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Hudson Toyota, and more so, having Cesar as the Sales Person. More
I lease a 2010 toyota highlander. The first day everybody was very friendly. The financial person recommend me to get a extra insurance "gap" and the alarm system, so I got both; that day they did not have t was very friendly. The financial person recommend me to get a extra insurance "gap" and the alarm system, so I got both; that day they did not have the alarm to install so I have to come latter. When I came back everything change. 1-The financial person did not have time for me, after waiting for 2 hrs he was not the same person, he was really nasty when I try to get the alarm system installed, He said that he can not order the installation because I took too long to come back ( I when back 5 months after, because I live in long Island, NY), So I have to pay for the alarm and I never get it. 2- When I leased the car, it suppose to come with a original(toyota) remote start. After a year the car become to have problems with the starter, until it broke, I had to towed to the nearest toyota dealer and I have to pay for the damage because the problem was a non original toyota remote start and the guaranty did not covered. I called Hudson toyota for a reimbursement they said yes, but I never received the money. More

Understand that everyone's situation is different depending on whether or not you know someone at the dealership, AND/OR, what time during the year you're looking to make a deal. With that in mind, depending on whether or not you know someone at the dealership, AND/OR, what time during the year you're looking to make a deal. With that in mind, here is my experience with this dealership: I contacted this Toyota dealer on 04/30/13 and spoke with Mr. Juan Morisete. Mr. Morisete respectfully and calmly invited me to the dealership. On 04/31/13, I arrived and spoke to Mr. Morisete. Mr. Morisete was quite busy at the time and assigned sales consultant, Mr. Abel Pena, to assist me. Mr. Pena was absolutely great. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PRESSURE, ZERO PUSHY QUESTIONS AND PROVIDED KNOWLEDGEABLE RESPONSES TO ALL MY QUERIES. The debate on what car to take: 2012 Hyundai Accent GS fully loaded with 8K miles - versus - 2011 Toyota Corolla LE 14K miles, basic look which included hub caps. After 3+ hours of test driving and asking non-stop questions, I settled for the Corolla strictly based on the expected longevity for Toyotas. After dealing with Abel Pena, I was escorted back to Mr Morisete for price negotiations. I did EXTENSIVE research before coming to this dealer, and therefore, strongly believe Mr. Morisete gave me a REASONABLE PRICE. As consumers, we are always looking to get rock bottom prices. Keep in mind, dealers are like you and I, they are in business to make as much money as they can. Do your homework before you go to ANY DEALER and you will have some negotiating leverage. After dealing with Mr. Morisete, I was escorted to the finance department where I met Mr. Roman Shinkorenko. After initially wanting to reject the gap insurance, Mr. Shinkorenko was friendly and convinced me on the importance of having gap insurance. After signing a ton of paperwork, I drove away in my corolla.. My experience with Hudson Toyota was an extremely and unexpected pleasant one. I will DEFINITELY return to this dealership the next time I am looking for a car. Hopefully, the aforementioned staff members will still be working here! More

Sparks, and smoke emitted from the rear view mirror of a brand new 2012 Camry leased Dec. 12. Mirror(linked to a dealer installed rear view camera) replaced by dealer to no avail. Clear fire hazard and a so brand new 2012 Camry leased Dec. 12. Mirror(linked to a dealer installed rear view camera) replaced by dealer to no avail. Clear fire hazard and a somewhat frightening experience each of the 3 times this happened. Incomprehensible, ho-hum attitude by dealer, offering to examine/replace mirror each time, as if we were discussing a minor malfunction. Finally, a sales GM offered to take the rearview camera out entirely and refund the cost of the mirror?! As a customer I want a backup camera, period. I also want the camera attached to a mirror that doesn't threaten to burn down my family, period. Dont go telling me that because you're unable to set things right, the customer has to forgo their requirements. Finally, new mirror attached that still doesnt function as required, but at least hasn't combusted in the 24 hours I've used the vehicle. Even if the problem is eventually resolved(which it isn't), an enormous amount of time(running into weeks without the use of my paid-for car) and energy of mine has been expended for no fault of mine. I've had to deal with a safety hazard sold to me by this dealership. What century do these people live in, thinking that that doesnt count? Dealer acts surprised that I'm assuming something wrong with the car itself. Expect that their replacing mirror should be enough! No one has had the decency to even apologize. No compensation offered for inflicting this on a customer. Behavior resembles that of a non professional, cut-throat sales operation. Didnt expect this from a Toyota franchisee, especially since I've been a genuinely satisfied Hudson Toyota customer 2009-2013 until these revelatory series of incidents. *Never* again. More

I would like to acknowledge salesman Michael Rafuls for making my new car purchase so rewarding and satisfying. He was extremely helpful , courteous and most of all TRUTHFUL. After previously buying Toyot making my new car purchase so rewarding and satisfying. He was extremely helpful , courteous and most of all TRUTHFUL. After previously buying Toyotas from two different dealerships and feeling very apprehensive going into Hudson Toyota Michael made the experience very satisfying. I actually came to the showroom with my wife to browse.....I already owned a 2011 model and not ready to buy new. Michael convinced us we would appreciate the new look of the 2013 RAV 4 AND TOOK US FOR A TEST RIDE. He spent all the time we needed to ask questions and showed us the benefits of trading in our car. THANK YOU MICHAEL, we are so pleased with our new purchase we are telling relatives and friends to look you up at Hudson Toyota. More

I have been to this dealer a couple of times last year. They ask you right off the bat if you will buy. No browsing allowed. Even after talking to the manager. I won't be caught DEAD in this dealership. They ask you right off the bat if you will buy. No browsing allowed. Even after talking to the manager. I won't be caught DEAD in this dealership. UPDATE - To respond to Clarice, below, I GUESS IT IS A REQUIREMENT TO HAVE AN "EMAIL ADDRESS" TO TEST DRIVE A CAR. That was the "ONLY" info I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE. (DON'T TRY TO CLARIFY MY RATING. DEAL WITH YOUR BAD SERVICE.) THANK YOU. More
