The customer service is really bad, they are very friendly just to sell the vehicle, once they got you, forget it. If you call by phone, they will transfer a doesn't on time and put you on hold until friendly just to sell the vehicle, once they got you, forget it. If you call by phone, they will transfer a doesn't on time and put you on hold until you give up. If you drive there, the vendor will tell you that they too busy with new customer and they don't believe somebody can help "today". When you finally get to talk with someone; they open their email to pretend they will contact someone (because nobody there can help you) and you can see they will close the email without sending anything. Is just a simulation to blow you away. These people are anbelievable not customer services oriented. More

Throughout the time of my first lease, he touched base with me to see if I had any questions. When servicing my car, all service members were professional and courteous. Before my first lease expired, Mario, reached out to help me start the process, which made the experience quick and easy. I'm glad to be able to have another car through Hudson Toyota and a big thank you to Mario and everyone who assisted me. More

Great experience from Muhammad Manzoor, Mario Diogo and Rafique getting a new 2013 leased Corolla XLE. Also treated my mom with a lot of respect in the office bringing her water (Mario) and respect for our time on coming in from all three guys. Wish they had some more colors in stock, that's about it. That Barcelona Red looked beautiful, but what can I say, mainstream choices for silver, black, white suck and it's understandable they wouldn't have it in stock. More

I placed a bid on a used 2010 Toyota Corolla. I contacted the Internet person Who said that I should come in with my bid. I thought the prospects were good. When I immediately drove into the shop contacted the Internet person Who said that I should come in with my bid. I thought the prospects were good. When I immediately drove into the shop there were tons of salesman looking to Reel you in. I spent hours there. The car that was advertised as smell like new on the internet was a dirty scratchy car. Believe it or not my 2002 Hyundai drove much better than that car. But I figured this car was waiting to get certified by there mechanics as it was listed as same. Any problems would be corrected then. I also would've bought a warranty. Well when we got down to prices I told him what the Internet person told. I was told that the Internet person's duty was to get you win and the sales person's duty was to work on price. He even wanted me to pay to get the car certified Of course my bid which the Internet person said was worthy of me coming in was Not even close to what I was being offered. I was getting a hard sell But I remained strong and did not waiver from the bid I asked for. This got the salesperson mad. He said I was dreaming and then he walked away. I felt the Internet person brought me there under false pretenses. I would not recommend this dealership after this fiasco. More
We (me and my wife) had a very good experience with these guys. Sung Cho showed us around and was always very attentive to all our questions and concerns. He never showed any hurry and was not rushing us , even though it was 90 degrees outside... He was co-ordial and helped us with all possible options to buy an entry level car. I did not go un-prepared and I was impressed to see that he was taking personal interest in ensuring we go for the right car and was not actually "selling" us on some mystery car. He was patient when it came to settling for the final price and was always honest in his conversations. He and Elvis helped us get a nice deal on a low mileage car and was very helpfull with all the paper works. Yes, there was one downside. There was a lot of wait for getting the final sales agreement done. But at the end of the day we were happy we got a good deal and a good car. I would definitely go back. More
